This workshop will begin with an exploration of what flexibility is relative to the biopsychosocial model of human movement.  We will explore the components of the body and mind that affect one's ability to move, factors that contribute to our experience of pain, promote movement practices that support injury prevention and longevity, and encourage an inclusive and kind approach to fitness and wellness. No special equipment or clothing required.
