You know how frustrating it can be when no matter how many times you go over the 'how to' with a student, and they just don't seem to understand? It is like talking a different language! This can be frustrating for both the teacher and the student. In this presentation you will learn how to build rapport through the strategic use the three basic modes of communication. You will learn your preferred style and how to quickly identify the mode of others.  With this 'new' knowledge you can literally 'talk the same language'.  This increase in understanding each other can greatly impact your desired outcome for students.
