This session is setup to help schools that want to strengthen their NASP® program. We will go through what is needed to run a safe and enjoyable archery tournament. The benefits of using the scanner and NASP® website for your tournament. Using Skype and other media to enhance your tournament. For example we have had Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa and the U.S. join our live tournament via SKYPE. You will also get to hear about some of the challenges and rewards of taking International archery trips. Our small school has attended archery tournaments in St. Louis, Madison, Nashville and South Africa. Currently we are planning a U.S. tour that will include Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Maryland. We will also go through the NASP® website. Tournament setup, registration, etc. Input will be asked for in setting up an advanced coaches conference as well as the possibilty of a summer camp for NASP® archers. The future of NASP® in Alberta as well as some of the challenges we as coaches are facing.
